## Current Store status — owner confirmation, 1 October 2026

The owner confirms both App Store Connect and Google Play submissions are complete and both stores show **In Review**. This supersedes the 27 September Play checklist and previous preparation wording. Upload/submission is complete; review outcomes and publication remain pending. The status is owner-confirmed, not a fresh Console inspection by Codex.

## Verified in this update

- iOS source: version 1.0.0, build 6, bundle com.twofamus.cliq. Read-only inspection; no mobile changes.
- Android source: version 1.0.0, versionCode 3, package com.twofamus.cliq.
- Production Supabase gormehvuezrienkgmvav migration history matches all canonical copies through 202609200001; read-only history preflight and dry-run passed. No database mutation.
- Cloudflare Production/main deployments at inspection: Clinic 1e985e1a, Admin 269c45ad, public website 4836fbcd. Hub deployment is isolated to cliq-hub.
- Check-in: confirmed patients may check in on the Bangkok service date until the assigned doctor's final effective service period ends. Distance 300m, freshness 2 minutes, accuracy 100m; separate staff arrival confirmation within 30 minutes after self-check-in.
- Clinic booking confirmation also follows the doctor service-window deadline, not appointment start.
- September work: Gregorian closure dates, physical opening separated from booking pause, effective doctor availability/future closures, owner-only clinic/billing profile edits, staff invitation identity fixes, Android opening schedule correction, billing invoice deep links, Admin pending-work badges/push reviews/doctor-photo previews, and Apple patient identity contract.
- iOS source contains Apple sign-in and recovery callback handling; this does not certify live provider configuration or final-binary end-to-end behavior.

## Dated evidence, not a new live certification

- 23 September AI consent: Thai/English OpenAI disclosure, fields/purpose, excluded account identifiers, privacy link and active consent gate. Android tests and captures passed; iPhone runtime captures and paired overlays remain pending.
- 27 September Play checklist: TWOFAMUS organization verified; package/service migration, signing, AAB, deletion and privacy evidence completed. App record, declarations/forms, listing, reviewer access, countries, internal testing and publication were open. Source version has advanced since that audit. This historical checklist is superseded for submission status by the owner’s 1 October confirmation: both Stores are In Review. Other historical test evidence has not been newly certified.
- 30 September public-site refresh describes preparation for App Store/Google Play submission without invented approved-store links.
- 30 September capacity probe: 8 READ ONLY snapshots every 10 seconds for 1 minute, 48/48 successful (24 Patient + 24 Clinic). Patient DB times 3.51–4.40s; Clinic 2.58–3.16s. Supabase Pro/Micro observed that day. Excludes HTTP/Auth/render and write flows; not a maximum-user guarantee, full load test or SLA.

## Open gates

Store review outcomes, reviewer follow-up if requested, post-approval controlled rollout, and separately tracked device evidence including AI-consent paired overlays, closure cancellation verification, Clinic Web owner/role smoke, controlled rollout, ongoing clinical validation and external legal/privacy approval.

Reassessed initial-release delivery progress at approximately **99%** on 1 October 2026. The historical 97% estimate is superseded. Source version is displayed separately and does not mean 100% completion. No 100% runtime pixel-parity or store publication claim.

Scope: delivery of the initial Cliq release, including core product implementation, production deployment, Store submission and controlled release. Future features and broader-scale hardening are outside this initial-release estimate; their unresolved status is preserved separately.

Reasoned estimate: nearly all initial-release implementation and submission milestones are delivered. Approximately 99% describes that milestone position; it is not an audited completed-task ratio, an effort-weighted calculation or a guarantee that only 1% of work-hours remains. Reviewer feedback may create more work. The unresolved iPhone AI-consent captures/paired overlays, closure cancellation verification and Clinic Web owner/role smoke prevent claiming complete acceptance or 100% pixel parity. Store approval/public availability is tracked separately as pending.
